Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Sign up with just your email. We don't ask for payment info until your 14-day trial ends, and we'll email you twice before that happens.
What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your account moves to read-only mode. You can still log in and view your proposals. To keep generating new ones, add a payment method and pick a plan. Your data stays yours forever — we never delete it without you asking us to.
Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no questions asked. Cancel from your account settings, and you'll keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Crew later?

Yes — upgrade from your account at any time. You'll be prorated for the rest of the current billing period. Downgrading from Crew to Solo is also supported, though you'll need to remove team members first.
Is there a free tier (no time limit)?

No. We're a small team and we're focused on building the best paid product we can. The 14-day free trial gives you enough time to walk a property, send a real proposal, and decide.
What if I have more than 50 team members?

Get in touch. We work with larger landscape companies, franchises, and aggregators on custom plans. There's no public price for it — it depends on what you need.
Do you store my client's information securely?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell, share, or analyze your customer data for any purpose. Your data is yours; we're a tool you pay to use.
Can I export my proposals if I leave?

Yes. Every proposal is downloadable as a PDF at any time. We can also export your full proposal history as a zip file on request — just email us.
Does Obrazo work in regions outside Southern California?

Yes — the app works anywhere in the US. Plant catalogs are currently most curated for SoCal climate zones, with broader US plant data being added quarterly. If you're outside SoCal, you'll have full functionality, but the plant recommendations may be more generic for now.
Do you integrate with QuickBooks or Stripe?

Both are on the roadmap. Stripe (for accepting deposits inside your proposals) is coming first, followed by QuickBooks export. If these are deal-breakers for you, drop us a line — we'll let you know when they're live.
